By accessing or using Appointmentslit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

By creating an account or using Appointmentslit in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Appointmentslit is a digital marketplace that connects service providers with customers seeking to book appointments. We provide the technology platform; we are not the service provider ourselves and are not responsible for the quality or outcome of any service rendered.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Appointmentslit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
When you book an appointment through Appointmentslit, you are entering into a direct agreement with the service provider. Appointmentslit facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the service agreement between you and the provider.
By completing a booking, you confirm that the information you provide — date, time, number of persons, and location — is accurate.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on Appointmentslit's servers. By providing your payment information, you authorize the charge for the full appointment amount at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within the platform's cancellation window may be eligible for a full or partial refund at the provider's discretion. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Please review the provider's specific cancellation policy before booking.
If you fail to appear for a confirmed appointment without cancelling in advance, you may be charged the full service amount. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
You may leave honest reviews for services you have received. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain defamatory, offensive, or false content. Appointmentslit reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.
As a service provider, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the services you list. All services must comply with applicable laws and regulations. You must not list services that are illegal, misleading, or that you are not qualified to provide.
Appointmentslit reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion without prior notice if it violates these terms or platform standards.
All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. By onboarding with Stripe, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Appointmentslit charges a platform fee of 10% on each completed transaction. This fee is deducted automatically before funds are transferred to your Stripe account.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings. Appointmentslit does not withhold taxes on your behalf.
To receive payments from customers, you must complete Stripe Express account onboarding. Until onboarding is complete, your services will not be available for booking. You must keep your Stripe account information accurate and up to date.
You agree to:
Honor all confirmed bookings
Arrive or be available at the agreed time and location
Provide services as described in your listing
Maintain professional conduct at all times
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or poor service quality may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
If you cancel a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a full refund. Appointmentslit may apply penalties to accounts with high cancellation rates. Disputes initiated by customers regarding service quality will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Appointmentslit's decision in disputes is final.
Provider accounts are subject to approval by Appointmentslit administrators. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke provider status at our sole discretion, including for failure to meet platform standards or regulatory requirements.
All content on Appointmentslit — including but not limited to the logo, design, software, and text — is the intellectual property of Appointmentslit and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content
Impersonate any person or entity
Engage in conduct that disrupts or damages the platform or other users' experience
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appointmentslit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Appointmentslit in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Appointmentslit may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or in-app message. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
